Job description for SPV Mobile Developer at Brighton Real Estate

Requirements:

Minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Mobile Developer dan mampu memimpin tim.
Menguasai Android Native (Kotlin) dan/atau iOS (Swift).
Berpengalaman merilis aplikasi di Google Play Store dan/atau Apple App Store.
Memahami MVVM, Clean Architecture, Design Pattern, SOLID, Dependency Injection, REST API, database lokal, dan asynchronous programming.
Familiar dengan Firebase, Git, CI/CD, Unit Testing, UI Testing, dan Secure Coding.
Mampu merancang arsitektur aplikasi yang scalable serta melakukan performance tuning.
Memahami Agile/Scrum atau Kanban dan terbiasa menggunakan project management tools.
Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, problem solving, coaching, dan mentoring yang baik.

Job Description:

Memimpin, membagi workload, dan memonitor progress tim Mobile Developer.
Menentukan coding standard, best practice, serta melakukan code dan architecture review.
Membuat estimasi effort, timeline, dan melakukan risk assessment proyek.
Berkoordinasi dengan Project Manager, UI/UX, Backend Developer, dan QA.
Membantu menyelesaikan technical blocker dan mengelola technical debt.
Memastikan kualitas, performa, keamanan, dan maintainability aplikasi.
Melakukan coaching, evaluasi, dan performance review anggota tim.
Mendukung proses rekrutmen dan technical interview Mobile Developer.
