Job Scope
- 1. Monitor the effectiveness of product offerings and ensure the assistant responds to new customer inquiries promptly.
- 2. Evaluate client retention strategies managed by the assistant to drive sales growth from existing clients.
- 3. Review and approve major price quotations prepared by the assistant before they are sent out to customers.
- 4. Oversee the order processing workflow to ensure smooth coordination between the assistant and the logistics/warehouse team.
- 5. Delegate ad-hoc tasks efficiently based on operational urgency and the assistant's current workload capacity.
- 6. Provide continuous mentorship and performance reviews to ensure the assistant meets target metrics and corporate standards.
