Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor in Sales and Marketing. Your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies and tactics, creating and implementing marketing campaigns, leading sales teams, and analyzing market trends. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions. This role is located in Boyolali.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Supervisor or similar role
- Experience/expourse to garment industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of marketing techniques, principles, and practices
- Demonstrated experience in market analysis and forecasting
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to lead multiple teams in multiple cities and work under high pressure
- Strategic thinker and doer who is able to conceptualize and execute marketing programs
- Result and target oriented hard worker who is able to multi-task, highly organized, and processing good working attitude
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian languages
