What you'll be doing
Assess training needs and design tailored programs to address skill gaps and improve performance
Develop and deliver engaging training content across a variety of modalities, including classroom sessions, e-learning, and on-the-job training
Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to build essential skills in areas such as leadership, communication, and problem-solving
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed
Provide coaching and mentoring to support the professional development of our employees
Maintain training records and generate reports to track progress and measure the impact of training initiatives
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a HR training or L&D role, preferably within the human resources or recruitment Hospitality (Hotel)
Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs that drive employee engagement and performance improvement
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to tailor training approaches to different learning styles
Proficient in needs analysis, training evaluation, and the use of learning management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
