Job Description :

Mengawasi operasional live streaming 24/7 (TikTok & Shopee) agar berjalan lancar tanpa downtime
Memimpin, mengatur jadwal, dan mengarahkan Host
Memastikan kesiapan dan penanganan cepat kendala teknis studio (software, audio, lighting)
Mengambil keputusan cepat (< 10 menit) saat terjadi masalah operasional

Job Requirements:

Min. 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Supervisor/Team Leader/Koordinator (diutamakan industri Live Streaming/E-commerce)
Wajib domisili Yogyakarta, memiliki kendaraan pribadi
Menguasai teknis dasar broadcasting (OBS/Prism, audio, lighting)
Leadership kuat, tegas, komunikatif, dan berempati
Bersedia bekerja sistem shift (weekend & Hari Libur Nasional)
Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan tinggi & fast-paced
