Role Summary:
This position oversees end-to-end financial, accounting, and tax operations, including accurate transaction recording, financial reporting, cash flow control, and financial analysis. The role ensures tax compliance, coordinates with auditors and regulators, reviews financial documents, develops SOPs, and leads the Finance & Accounting team to maintain strong operational performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax (preferably with experience as a Supervisor).
- Understanding of accounting standards (PSAK), tax regulations, and corporate financial systems.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills.
- Possess leadership qualities, able to manage a team, and communicative.
