• Pria/Wanita

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Supervisor F&B di hotel atau restoran.

• Memahami operasional Restaurant, Room Service, Banquet, Coffee Shop, dan Event Service.

• Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.

• Berorientasi pada pelayanan (guest satisfaction) dan pencapaian target.

• Memahami standar pelayanan hotel (SOP Service).

• Menguasai administrasi operasional F&B (daily report, inventory, stock control, dan cost awareness).
