SPV F&B -HOTEL

House of Tugu is a luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Kota Tua, blending art, history, and culture to create an unforgettable guest experience. We are looking for an experienced Hotel Supervisor to oversee the seamless day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests enjoy exceptional service and that our staff operates at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to optimize hotel performance
• Oversee budgets, resources, and inventory to ensure cost-effective operations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
• Lead, train, and develop staff to uphold our luxury standards and brand values
• Work closely with the FB Manager and other department heads to ensure a cohesive and excellent guest experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotel management
• Having expertise in the F&B industry
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellence in guest services
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
