Job description for Sport Supervisor at GELORA SPORT INDONESIA
- Monitoring and controlling the daily operations of the sports hub such as field facilities, office, and inventory
- Ensuring and controlling that reservation schedules run according to the system both online and offline
- Coordinating with related teams for cleanliness, security, maintenance, and customer service
- Ensuring SOPs are properly followed
- Creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports such as field rental revenue, equipment rental, and sports hub visitor traffic
- Collaborating with the team for event management
- Building relationships with clients or customers
KEY QUALIFICATION & SKILL
- Understanding of padel, tennis, basketball and football
- Have good ability to serve consumers
- Have sales skills
- Attractive appearance
- Event management skills
- Good communication skills and Leadership qualities
- Understanding of consumer habits & attitudes to enhance customer satisfaction
- Able to work in shifts
- Able to work under pressure
- Have experience working in the sports field (+)
