Job description for Sport Supervisor at GELORA SPORT INDONESIA
Monitoring and controlling the daily operations of the sports hub such as field facilities, office, and inventory
Ensuring and controlling that reservation schedules run according to the system both online and offline
Coordinating with related teams for cleanliness, security, maintenance, and customer service
Ensuring SOPs are properly followed
Creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports such as field rental revenue, equipment rental, and sports hub visitor traffic
Collaborating with the team for event management
Building relationships with clients or customers
KEY QUALIFICATION & SKILL
Understanding of padel, tennis, basketball and football
Have good ability to serve consumers
Have sales skills
Attractive appearance
Event management skills
Good communication skills and Leadership qualities
Understanding of consumer habits & attitudes to enhance customer satisfaction
Able to work in shifts
Able to work under pressure
Have experience working in the sports field (+)
