Kualifikasi Utama :

Pria/Wanita, usia 18 - 30 tahun
Pendidikan Minimal SMA/SMK sederajat
Pengalaman sebagai sales / SPG atau SPB / retail Building & Elektrikal menjadi nilai plus
Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar
Komunikatif, ramah, dan persuasif
Dapat cepat belajar dan menguasai product knowledge (elektrikal)
Mampu menjelaskan produk dengan storytelling dan basic knowledge produk kepada pelanggan
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target & sistem shift
Service-oriented dan sabar menghadapi customer
Jujur, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab
Dapat menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office
Domisili tempat tinggal, maksimal 30 menit ber-kendara ke Rofi Jaya Keramik Mojosari - Mojokerto

Tugas Utama :

Menawarkan dan menjelaskan produk elektrikal kepada pelanggan
Memberikan rekomendasi produk sesuai kebutuhan customer
Menjaga kebersihan & kerapian display Produk
Mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditetapkan
Melakukan input transaksi & laporan penjualan serta monitoring stok mingguan serta bulanan
