Job description for SPG Event at PT Artha Karya Pasifik
Job Responsibilities :
- Promote products or brands to visitors throughout the event.
- Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly, polite, and professional manner.
- Explain product information, including benefits, features, prices, promotions, and ongoing programs.
- Attract visitors' interest and encourage them to visit the booth and learn more about the product.
- Support sales growth and help achieve the assigned targets.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the booth and work area throughout the event.
- Attend pre-event briefings and follow instructions from the PIC/Supervisor.
- Record and report event activities and results to the PIC.
- Maintain the brand's image and reputation while performing duties.
- Coordinate with the event team to ensure smooth event operations.
- Follow all applicable SOPs and event regulations.
Qualifications :
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Friendly, polite, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Willing to work according to the event schedule.
- Fluent in English is required.
- Candidates domiciled in Bali are preferred.
- Previous experience as an SPG, Sales Promotion, Brand Ambassador, or Event Crew is an advantage.
Compensation & Working Hours
Daily Rate: IDR 250,000/day during the event
Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM WITA
Location: Bali
