Job description for SPG / Booth Attendant Bazar Mall (Penempatan Bekasi & Bogor) at MOMELCA

Job Description:

Melakukan penjagaan, penataan, dan pengawasan booth bazar secara profesional sesuai standar perusahaan.
Menyambut pengunjung mal, menawarkan produk, serta memberikan informasi yang jelas dan menarik mengenai produk apparel yang dijual.
Melayani proses transaksi penjualan secara teliti (baik tunai maupun non-tunai) dan melakukan pencatatan laporan penjualan harian.
Menjaga kerapian, kebersihan, dan keamanan produk serta inventaris booth selama jam operasional mal.
Berkoordinasi dengan Supervisor/HR terkait stok barang masuk, stok opname, dan kebutuhan operasional booth.

Requirements:

Wanita, usia maksimal 28 tahun berpenampilan menarik, rapi, dan bersih.
Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK Sederajat.
Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai SPG, Kasir, atau penjaga booth retail/bazar (pengalaman di event mal diutamakan).
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, persuasif, ramah, dan aktif dalam menawarkan produk.
Jujur, memiliki tanggung jawab tinggi, disiplin, dan dapat diandalkan.
Bersedia ditempatkan di area Bekasi atau Botani Square Bogor.
Siap bekerja dengan sistem shift/jadwal operasional mal (termasuk akhir pekan dan hari libur nasional).

Benefit & Informasi Tambahan:

Gaji Pokok: Rp2.500.000 - 3.500.000/ Bulan

Jam Kerja: Mengikuti jam operasional mal (Sistem rotasi hari libur/shift)
