Job description for Spesialist E-commerce at Anugrah Group
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily operations of TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and store performance.
- Monitor and optimize TikTok Ads and Shopee Ads campaigns.
- Analyze advertising performance, sales data, traffic, and other key e-commerce metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic, conversion, and sales.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, vouchers, discounts, and other store activities.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding product, marketing, sales, and store operations.
- Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, or business partners when required.
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights based on store and advertising performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or online store management.
- Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Good understanding of TikTok Ads and Shopee Ads, including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Familiar with e-commerce metrics such as sales, conversion rate, traffic, ROAS, and advertising performance.
- Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and relevant e-commerce tools.
- Willing to work on-site in Pluit, North Jakarta.
