Technical Support Automation

Requirements :

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Support or Automation (Fresh graduates are welcome).

Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, sensors, servo, and inverter.

Able to read electrical drawings.

Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

Willing to travel for customer visits.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers.

Troubleshoot automation systems and equipment.

Install, commission, and maintain automation products.

Conduct product training when needed.

Work closely with the Sales and Engineering teams.
