💵 Procurement Purchasing

Penempatan

- Jawa Tengah (DI Jogjakarta)

Tanggung Jawab Utama

- Proses Pembelian: Mengelola proses pembelian barang/jasa dari pengajuan (PR) hingga menjadi Purchase Order (PO).

- Sourcing Vendor: Mencari, menyeleksi, dan membina hubungan baik dengan vendor/pemasok.

- Negosiasi & Kontrak: Melakukan negosiasi harga, kualitas, dan waktu pengiriman barang.

- Monitoring Pengiriman: Memantau ketepatan waktu pengiriman barang bersama tim logistik dan gudang.

- Administrasi & Laporan: Mengelola administrasi dokumen pengadaan (faktur, kontrak, dan laporan bulanan).

Kualifikasi

- Pendidikan minimal S1 (diutamakan Manajemen, Logistik, Agribisnis, atau STEM).

- Pengalaman 1–2 tahun di bidang Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain.

- Mahir menggunakan Ms. Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) & sistem ERP (opsional).

- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik, jujur, dan detail-oriented.

- Kemampuan bahasa di daerah lokasi penempatan sangat membantu.

- Mampu bekerja dengan target.
