The Procurement Specialist & Assistant will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, from identifying needs to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Key responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers, developing and maintaining vendor relationships, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role also involves coordinating with internal teams to understand procurement requirements and ensuring that all purchases align with budgetary constraints and operational goals. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a dedication to continuous improvement in procurement practices.
We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree and between 5 and 10 years of experience in procurement-related roles. Proficiency in industrial purchasing, vendor management, material purchasing, procurement, supplier management, commodity purchasing, supplier development, procurement management, purchasing, and purchasing negotiation is essential.
