Job description for Spesialis Payroll at PT Maharani Prima

Tanggung Jawab:

- Mengelola proses penggajian karyawan secara akurat dan tepat waktu.

- Menghitung lembur, potongan, tunjangan, dan pajak karyawan.

- Mengelola administrasi BPJS dan pajak terkait payroll.

- Memastikan data karyawan terupdate dalam sistem payroll.

- Menyusun laporan payroll bulanan.

- Berkoordinasi dengan divisi HR & Finance.

Kualifikasi:

- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Akuntansi, Manajemen, atau sejenis.

- Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang payroll/HR administration.

- Memahami perhitungan pajak PPh 21 dan BPJS.

- Teliti, rapi, dan memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik.

- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Excel & software payroll.

- Mampu bekerja secara tim maupun individu.

- Wajib Mneguasai Sistem Coretax
