Job Description:
1. Prepare, review, and manage the company's legal documents, including cooperation agreements, contracts, NDAs, addendums, and other legal documents.
2. Review agreements and documents related to the company's business operations and provide legal advice and recommendations when necessary.
3. Ensure that the company's documents and activities comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
4. Assist in managing and monitoring the company's legal documents, licenses, and permits.
5. Monitor the validity and renewal periods of contracts, licenses, permits, and other legal documents.
6. Assist in handling legal matters related to the company's business activities and coordinate with external parties or legal consultants when necessary.
7. Prepare legal opinions, legal letters, and other legal documents as required.
8. Conduct legal research and monitor new regulations that may affect the company's business operations.
9. Maintain and organize the company's legal documents and records properly.
10. Provide legal support to various departments and advise on legal aspects related to business activities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law or a related field.
2. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
3. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Legal Staff or In-house Legal, preferably in a manufacturing company.
4. Good understanding of corporate law, agreements/contracts, business licensing, and employment regulations.
5. Strong skills in contract drafting and contract review.
6. Good understanding of corporate legal requirements and licensing processes in Indonesia.
7. Willing to work in Cikarang Pusat, West Java.
8. Willing to travel for business trips when required.
