Job description for Spesialis Health and Safety at TOKAI RUBBER INDONESIA
As the SHE Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety and environmental compliance of our operations. The responsible for overseeing and implementing our comprehensive management systems to protect our employees, Company, contractors and the local community.
Responsibility:
Conducting regular risk assessments, inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
Establish work permit, HIRADC, JSA and environmental aspect and impact
Monitoring safety performance and environmental
Maintaining comprehensive and implementation document of ISO 14001 and IATF 16949
Conduct procedure emergency response drill and providing training for support to employees
Investigating incidents, accidents and near-misses, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Collaborating with management to set safety performance targets and monitoring progress towards goals
Report to government (Simpel, Festronik, RKL RPL, Proper, WTP etc)
Ensuring compliance with all applicable health, safety and environmental regulations
Promoting a positive SHE culture through effective communication and employee engagement
Plan, monitoring and control evaluate HSE plan
Control HSE budget, develop environmental and safety procedures, evaluate environmental & safety inspection
Plan, monitoring and evaluate CR and CSR activities
Responsible for safety patrol and safety tenken
Requirement:
Degree or equivalent qualification in occupational health and safety, environmental science or a related field
Minimum 5 years experience in Japanese Manufacturing industry
In-depth knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations and best practices
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
Ability to build and maintain relationship with others department
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organisation
Ability to work independently
Having experience to lead and develop PROPER Hijau
