Our client : Villa Management Company, looking for E-commerce (Airbnb Specialist) :
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize villa listings across Airbnb and other Online Travel Agencies (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.).
- Maintain accurate pricing, availability, promotions, and inventory across all booking channels.
- Optimize listing content, photos, amenities, and descriptions to improve visibility and conversion.
- Monitor booking performance, occupancy, ADR, and revenue metrics.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests through OTA platforms.
- Manage guest reviews and coordinate with the Operations team to improve guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Revenue and Marketing teams to execute pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on OTA performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Airbnb or OTA platforms.
- Experience in villa management, hospitality, hotels, or property management is highly preferred.
- Familiar with Channel Manager and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong understanding of Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and other OTA platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and customer-focused.
