Kualifikasi
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai sales digital marketing, menghandle marketplace
- Memiliki keahlian dalam design, mengedit video dan foto product untuk website dan ecommerce
- Menguasai Microsoft Office (Excel, word, powerpoint) dan Canva
- Bisa Berbahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle customer base
- Menjaga dan membangun hubungan baik dengan customer
- Mengindentifikasi tren penjualan dan tren kompetitor dengan cepat
- Mempelajari dan mengembangkan SOP yang ada diperusahaan
- Memelihara dan mengembangkan online store perusahaan pada beberapa e-commerce
- Menganalisa platform e-commerce data & sales trend, membuat laporan
- Mempertahankan setiap hari operational dan pemenuhan stock, retur dan pengiriman.
