Kualifikasi

- Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 30 tahun.

- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (D3/S1 menjadi nilai tambah).

- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai E-Commerce Specialist atau Marketplace Admin, khususnya Shopee.

- Menguasai seluruh fitur Shopee Seller Center.

- Memahami Shopee Ads, Voucher, Flash Sale, Campaign, Affiliate, Feed, dan Live Shopping.

- Mampu melakukan optimasi produk agar mendapatkan ranking terbaik di pencarian Shopee.

- Menguasai riset keyword, SEO Marketplace, dan analisis kompetitor.

- Mampu mengelola upload produk, variasi, stok, harga, dan deskripsi produk.

- Terbiasa menganalisis data penjualan menggunakan Microsoft Excel atau Google Sheets.

- Memahami KPI Marketplace seperti Conversion Rate, CTR, ROAS, Traffic, dan AOV.

- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik serta mampu bekerja dengan target penjualan.

- Teliti, bertanggung jawab, disiplin, dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi.

- Memahami marketplace lain seperti TikTok Shop atau Tokopedia menjadi nilai tambah. Kualifikasi ini sejalan dengan kebutuhan umum peran E-Commerce Specialist di Indonesia yang menekankan penguasaan operasional marketplace, analisis data, optimasi produk, dan pengelolaan kampanye promosi.
