Tanggung Jawab

Mengelola dan mengoptimalkan platform marketplace seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, dan Website Ecommerce
Membuat strategi penjualan, campaign, promosi, dan marketplace ads
Monitoring traffic, conversion, performa penjualan, dan perilaku customer
Mengelola customer service flow, order handling, complaint handling, dan koordinasi stok
Membuat daily report, weekly evaluation, dan monthly target planning
Berkoordinasi dengan tim warehouse, admin, dan tim terkait untuk mendukung operasional

Kualifikasi

• Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan

• Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang Ecommerce, Marketplace, atau Digital Sales

• Mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline

• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik

• Teliti, disiplin, dan memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik

• Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim

• Up to date dengan perkembangan digital dan marketplace

Nilai Tambah

• Menguasai Excel / Google Sheets, Canva, dan Meta Ads Manager

• Memahami Google Analytics dan ERP / POS System menjadi nilai plus

• Berpengalaman di bidang Retail, Home Living, Hospitality Supplies, atau Bedding & Linen Industry lebih diutamakan
