Job description for Spesialis Customer Support at PT Nailed Beauty Bali

Join the Nailed Bali Support Team!

We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. If you're passionate about providing excellent service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll do:

As a member of our Support Team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Communication: Efficiently manage and respond to booking requests via WhatsApp and Instagram with a prompt, professional, and friendly approach.
  • Booking Management: Ensure every booking is accurately scheduled and assigned to the right Nail Technician based on their skills and availability.
  • Customer Relations: Handle all client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Data Management: Keep our CRM system updated with client profiles, booking history, and preferences to ensure a personalized experience.
  • Operational Support: Provide daily booking summaries and key alerts to the Operations Manager to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Information Hub: Ensure clients receive accurate information on our latest promotions, terms, and policies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, with a strong background in handling client or customer inquiries.
  • Experience in the beauty industry is a plus!
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and an effective multi-tasker who can provide fast responses.
  • Comfortable using various digital tools, including CRM systems.
  • Have your own device (Laptop or Tablet)
  • Must be based in Bali

  • Working Hours: Wednesday to Sunday, 9AM - 6PM
