Job description for Spesialis Community Engagement at Hello Sehat
As a Community & Event Specialist, you will be placed within the Marketing division. Your role involves online/offline community moderation, planning, designing, and organizing events as part of the company's or brand's communication strategy, targeting both external and community audiences. In organizing these communities & events, you will directly coordinate with the Marketing team, Creative team, Social Media team, Commercial team and various external experts in their respective fields. Your role is critical in helping develop the brand, build industry relationships and strengthen our positioning in the market to ensure we are the go to company for digital health products & services. You will make our brand synonymous with healthcare in the market.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Online/Offline communities moderation.
- Collaborate with the team to identify the specific needs of the event.
- Create detailed event proposals, including schedules, venues, vendors, legal obligations, and budgets.
- Research venues and liaise with vendors and contractors.
- Manage and coordinate all logistical activities related to the event.
- Monitor event execution to ensure it aligns with the planned schedule and applicable regulations.
- Work with Social Media, Creative, Commercial and external parties for event promotion and publicity.
- Document and conduct post-event evaluations for portfolio and publication purposes.
- Identify potential partners in the fields of business, government, finance, and other relevant sectors
Who We Want
- Experienced more than 3 years in developing and managing community and events.
- Candidates with a bachelor's degree in Management, Communications, or Public Relations will be more relevant.
- Graduates with a minimum academic achievement of "Very Satisfactory" are preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to develop creative ideas and concepts for events, are essential.
