Job description for Speech Delay Therapist at Sugar Group Companies
We are looking for a passionate Speech Delay Therapist to join our therapy program for a 6-year-old child.
Work System:
Home Visit to client's home
Frequency 2-3 times per week
Session duration: 45-60 minutes
Qualifications:
- Education: Min. D3/Bachelor's Degree in Speech Therapy, Psychology, or Special Education.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience handling children with speech delay.
Experience with children aged 5-7 years is a plus
- Having a Speech Therapist License/STR is preferred
- Able to create progress reports and weekly therapy programs
- Patient, communicative, creative, and good at collaborating with parents
- Based in Jakarta
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized therapy programs
2. Conduct 45-60 minute therapy sessions via home visits
3. Provide parent education and home program guidance
4. Monitor and evaluate the progress of a 6-year-old child with speech delay
