Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Meningkatkan peluang proyek melalui kegiatan spesifikasi produk.

2. Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan arsitek, desainer interior, konsultan, developer, dan kontraktor.

3. Mengelola database Architect & Designer (A&D) serta melakukan tindak lanjut terhadap peluang proyek hingga terealisasi menjadi penjualan.

4. Memberikan informasi produk dan solusi teknis kepada arsitek, desainer, dan kontraktor.

5. Melakukan presentasi produk serta mendukung kegiatan spesifikasi dalam proyek.

Berkoordinasi dengan tim Sales dan Project untuk mengubah spesifikasi produk menjadi peluang penjualan.

Kualifikasi:

1. Gelar Sarjana di bidang Arsitektur, Desain Interior, Teknik Sipil, Pemasaran, atau bidang terkait.

2.Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam bidang spesifikasi, penjualan proyek, bahan bangunan, perlengkapan sanitasi, interior, atau industri terkait.

3. Memiliki jaringan yang luas dengan arsitek, desainer, konsultan, pengembang, atau kontraktor lebih disukai.

4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, negosiasi, dan membangun hubungan yang baik.

5. Berorientasi pada penjualan, proaktif, dan berorientasi pada pencapaian target.

6. Memiliki pengetahuan produk dan pemahaman teknis yang baik.

7. Bersedia melakukan kunjungan lapangan dan bertemu dengan pemangku kepentingan proyek.
