Job description for Specification Sales Executive - Interior Flooring at Sumber Guna Nusantara
About Us
PT Sumber Guna Nusantara (SGN) has been a distributor of TOLI Japan flooring in Indonesia since 2000. We supply and install carpet tile, vinyl, raised access floor, stair nosing, wallcovering and skirting for commercial projects across Jabodetabek, Cikarang and Karawang.
Who This Role Is For
You’ve already worked in the interior industry. You know how projects work, you’re comfortable visiting architects, designers and contractors, and you like being out meeting people instead of sitting at a desk.
What You’ll Do
- Visit architects, interior designers, contractors and building owners to introduce our products
- Get our products specified (included in the spec) for their projects
- Bring samples and catalogues, and help clients choose the right product for each space
- Follow up on projects from design stage to tender to order
- Work with our quotation and project team to prepare offers
- Record your visits and project updates in our CRM
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in the interior industry (flooring, fit-out, furniture, ceiling, wallcovering or other interior/building materials)
- Must have SIM A and SIM C
- Willing to visit clients most days around Jabodetabek, Cikarang and Karawang
- Confident talking to designers, contractors and decision-makers
- Organised and good at following up
- Existing network with architects, interior designers or contractors is a plus
What We Offer
- Salary: IDR 7,000,000 – 12,000,000 per month (based on experience)
- Commission: 2–4% of project value
- BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
