Job description for Specialist Business Operation (Ciputat & Tangerang) at Morula IVF Indonesia (PT. Morula Indonesia)
Responsibility:
- Having good relationships with Obgyn doctors throughout Indonesia
- Identifying new Obgyn doctors who have the potential for collaboration with Morula Indonesia
- Ensuring that patiens are referred by partners (Obgyn doctors) to Morula for pregnancy programs
- Maintaining good relationships with partners (Obgyn doctors) who are already collaborating with Morula Indonesia
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate the performance of the referral program
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business
- 3-4 Years of experience managing sales (Key Account/Sales Referral)
- Experienced in selling medications of services to Obgyn doctors
- Familiar with the Tangerang and Ciputat areas
- Willing to contract under third party (Outsourcing)
