Hello! We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Spare Parts Procurement Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and procure mechanical, electrical, and industrial spare parts in accordance with operational and maintenance requirements.
• Identify and verify spare parts based on part numbers, technical specifications, equipment models, and manufacturer recommendations.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure the accuracy of spare parts requirements.
• Evaluate and select suppliers by considering quality, availability, lead time, and cost effectiveness.
• Request quotations, negotiate pricing, and process purchase orders in accordance with company procurement procedures.
• Maintain and update spare parts master data, including part numbers, specifications, approved brands, and supplier information.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure critical spare parts are available to support operational activities.
• Resolve issues related to incorrect spare parts, discontinued items, or alternative product recommendations.
• Ensure all procurement activities are properly documented and comply with company policies.
Requirements:
• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent. Technical or engineering background is a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, maintenance, engineering support, or spare parts management.
• Strong knowledge of industrial, mechanical, or electrical spare parts, including the ability to identify components using part numbers, technical specifications, and equipment manuals.
• Experience sourcing spare parts for industrial machinery, warehouse equipment, production lines, or material handling equipment is highly preferred.
• Familiar with spare parts catalogs, OEM references, and alternative/equivalent part identification.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to technical details and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement requests within tight deadlines.
