Job Description – Spa Therapist
1. Perform spa treatments for guests according to company standards, including massage, body treatments, scrubs, and other spa services.
2. Ensure guest comfort, cleanliness, and privacy during treatments.
3. Prepare and ensure all treatment equipment and supplies are clean and ready for use.
4. Maintain cleanliness of the spa area, treatment rooms, and work equipment at all times.
5. Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to all guests.
6. Understand and explain spa treatments and services clearly to guests.
7. Ensure spa products are used according to company procedures and operational standards.
8. Monitor and check daily stock of spa products and supplies.
9. Maintain personal grooming and appearance according to hotel standards.
10. Help improve guest satisfaction and maintain the quality of spa services within the hotel.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is an advantage.
* Knowledge of massage techniques and basic spa treatments.
* Well-groomed and professional appearance.
* Friendly, communicative, and able to work in a team.
* Willing to work in shifts.
