Adapun kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

1. Wanita usia max. 40 tahun

2. Mahir dalam menu-menu SPA seperti massage balinese, rejuve, scrub, hot stone dll

3. Bersedia bekerja shift

4. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun

5. Dapat berbahasa inggris

6. Menjadi nilai plus apabila memiliki sertifikat BNSP
