Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in a spa or wellness environment, preferably in a supervisory or senior therapist role.
- Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and service standards.
- Ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team of therapists and reception staff.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and service recovery.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage daily operations, scheduling, and staff allocation efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
- Knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness, and spa safety standards.
- Basic administrative and reporting skills (daily revenue, performance, and stock control).
- Ability to train and guide junior staff to maintain service quality standards.
