The Hotel Receptionist and Spa Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, managing front desk operations, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves maintaining communication with both hotel and spa clients, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and supporting administrative tasks. The individual will also assist with coordinating spa appointments and maintaining a friendly and organized reception area. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
We are looking for a female candidate with an SMA/SMK education level who has between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, the ability to work well in a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience in hotel reservations, public speaking, and administration is a plus.
