Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
Supervise daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
Manage appointment scheduling and customer flow.
Team Management
Lead, train, and supervise hair stylists and therapists.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Arrange staff schedules and manage attendance.
Motivate team members to achieve sales and service targets.
Sales & Financial Control
Monitor daily revenue and sales performance.
Upsell hair treatments and retail products.
Control inventory and order supplies when needed.
Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
Customer Service
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Build strong relationships with VIP and regular clients.
Ensure high standards of hospitality and service excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years experience in salon/spa management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of hair treatments and products.
Target-oriented and customer-focused.
