- Minimum 2 years experience as a Manager in the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of spa operations, service excellence, hygiene & sanitation, and retail management
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a multicultural team
- Able to handle daily operations including guest service, staff scheduling, inventory control, and revenue reporting
- Capable of maintaining service standards and implementing promotional, upselling, and cross-selling strategies to achieve revenue targets
