Job description for Sous Chef at PT KARYA JIWA KREATIF

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Mengawasi dan mengelola operasional kitchen di 4 outlet (fokus develop tanpa ambil teknis masak)
  • Memastikan standar rasa, kualitas, dan presentasi makanan konsisten di seluruh outlet
  • Mengembangkan dan melakukan standardisasi menu (recipe, portion, plating, SOP)
  • Mengelola food costing, kontrol waste, dan efisiensi bahan baku
  • Melatih, membina, dan mengevaluasi tim kitchen di setiap outlet
  • Memastikan seluruh kitchen menerapkan standar kebersihan dan food safety
  • Melakukan kontrol kualitas (quality control) secara berkala di seluruh outlet
  • Berkoordinasi dengan manajemen terkait kebutuhan operasional dan pengembangan menu
  • Mengelola stok utama dan sistem supply kitchen antar outlet
  • Mendukung strategi peningkatan kualitas produk dan kepuasan pelanggan
