What you'll be doing
- Assist the team in the overall management and supervision of the kitchen team and operations
- Contribute to menu planning, recipe development, cost control, and food preparation to maintain consistently high-quality dishes

- Train, mentor, and guide the kitchen team to improve their skills and productivity
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage the kitchen budget effectively

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
