SOUS CHEF

JOIN OUR TEAM ON GILI TRAWANGAN

Gili Teak is a boutique resort and restaurant on the beautiful island of Gili Trawangan. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.

REQUIREMENTS

2–3 years experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
Strong knowledge of food hygiene, storage, and preparation
Ability to train junior cooks and supervise line teams
Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills
Passion for good food and teamwork

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
Train, mentor, and lead junior kitchen staff
Supervise line cooks and ensure smooth service
Manage stock levels, ordering, and kitchen prep
