Sous Chef
Location : Seminyak, Bali
Job Description :
- Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations.
- Manage, supervise, and motivate the Kitchen Team.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
- Monitor food cost, stock, and kitchen efficiency.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experiance as a sous chef or similar role.
- Strong knowladge of western grill and Asian/Thai cuisine.
- Strong leadership skills and able to manage a kitchen team.
- Firm, decisive, and confident in leading and maintaning staff discipline.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Available to join immediately.
