Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.

• Able to assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.

• Experienced in leading and training kitchen staff.

• Able to maintain food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.

• Strong time management and multitasking skills.

• Creative, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.

• Willing to work in Kintamani, Bangli.
