About Us:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering outstanding dining experiences to our guests of our exclusive beachfront boutique resort around Tabanan.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for food quality
- Lead the entire kitchen team
- Menu research and development skills
- Able to calculate food cost and selling price
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Ensure kitchen staff follow product standards and company SOP’s
- Responsible for kitchen cleanliness
- Ensure availability of raw materials
- Create and manage weekly schedules
Requirements:
- Professional Proficient in English
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in leading a kitchen team
- Strong experienced leader to lead our kitchen team
- Wide knowledge in culinary field
- Extensive experience preparing a wide variety of quality Western and Asian dishes (incl. vegetarian/ vegan/ gluten free/ lactose free)
- Be up to date with culinary trends
