• Lead and manage the pastry section’s daily production
• Design and develop creative dessert menus
• Ensure consistency and high-quality plating
• Control inventory and pastry section food cost
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques
• Creative, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed in PIK 2
