Sous Chef (International Cuisine)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef with a background in international cuisine restaurants. The role requires strong confidence in shift management, kitchen organization, and quality control. Experience in breakfast and buffet operations will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Manage kitchen shifts confidently and independntly
Ensure food quality and consistency during all service periods
Organize kitchen workflow for smooth and efficient operations
Supervise kitchen staff and assign duties per shift
Monitor food preparation to meet established standards
Assist in controlling food cost, portions, and waste
Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
Coordinate with other departments during service
Support inventory checks and stock organization
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in international cuisine restaurants
Strong skills in shift management and kitchen organization
Good understanding of quality control standards
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Team leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in breakfast and buffet operations
Background in hotel or high-volume restaurant kitchens
