Job description for Sous Chef - Bali Area at PT Tiga Ribu Gastronomia

PERSYARATAN PENDIDIKAN & PENGALAMAN

Minimal D3 Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, atau bidang terkait

Pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun di posisi senior kitchen (Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef)

Pengalaman di hotel/resort bintang 4-5 atau fine dining restaurant lebih diutamakan

Memiliki pengalaman mengelola tim kitchen minimal 10-15 orang

KEAHLIAN TEKNIS

Menguasai berbagai teknik memasak (Western, Asian, Indonesian cuisine)

Mampu melakukan food costing dan menu engineering

Memahami HACCP, food safety standards, dan hygiene protocols

Kemampuan inventory management dan stock control

Familiar dengan kitchen equipment dan maintenance dasar

Mampu membuat SOP kitchen dan training materials

KEMAMPUAN MANAJERIAL

Leadership skills yang kuat untuk memimpin dan memotivasi tim

Kemampuan problem solving dan decision making di situasi high pressure

Planning dan organizational skills yang baik

Kemampuan melakukan performance evaluation dan coaching staff

Mampu bekerja sama dengan departemen lain (F&B Service, Procurement, etc.)

PERSYARATAN KHUSUS

Bahasa: Fluent dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris (lisan & tulisan)

Fisik: Mampu bekerja dalam kondisi standing lama, suhu panas, dan shift kerja

Lokasi: Bersedia ditempatkan di Batu Belig, Bali dan tinggal di sekitar area

Jadwal: Fleksibel untuk bekerja weekend, holiday, dan shift malam

Mobilitas: Memiliki kendaraan sendiri (motor/mobil) lebih diutamakan

KUALIFIKASI TAMBAHAN (PREFERRED)

Sertifikasi food safety/hygiene dari lembaga terakreditasi

Pengalaman di resort/hotel dengan concept beachfront dining

Familiar dengan local Balinese cuisine dan ingredients

Pengalaman handling special dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free, etc.)

Basic knowledge software F&B management system

KOMPETENSI PERSONAL

Passion tinggi terhadap culinary arts dan food innovation

Detail-oriented dan maintain high quality standards
