Job description for Sous Chef Area at Sari Group

Kualifikasi Sous Chef Area

- Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di kitchen, dengan pengalaman sebagai Sous Chef atau Head Chef minimal 2 tahun.

- Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan mampu mengelola tim dapur.

- Menguasai operasional kitchen dari preparation, cooking, plating, hygiene, hingga inventory.

- Memahami food cost, HPP/COGS, dan cost control.

- Memahami standar HACCP, food safety, dan sanitasi pangan.

- Mampu menjaga konsistensi rasa dan kualitas produk di seluruh outlet.

- Terbiasa membuat SOP dapur, training cook, dan evaluasi kinerja tim.

- Mampu bekerja dalam target produksi tinggi dan di bawah tekanan.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan Sous Chef Area

- Mengawasi beberapa outlet sekaligus.

- Melakukan audit kitchen dan quality control.

- Training Head Cook/Cook di cabang-cabang.

- Memastikan standar resep dan porsi sama di semua outlet.

- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas antar cabang.
