We are hiring an experienced Sourcing & Procurement professional to support strategic procurement operations for a leading solution integrator company focused on the Financial Services industry.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong exposure in:

✅ Capex / MRO Procurement

✅ End-to-End Procurement Process

✅ RFx / Tender Management

✅ Vendor Negotiation & Cost Saving

✅ e-Sourcing / ERP Environment

✅ Mining, Oil & Gas, Heavy Industry, Infrastructure, or Industrial Projects

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage full sourcing lifecycle from planning, RFx, negotiation, contract management, until reporting

• Handle strategic sourcing projects for Capex Investment & MRO categories

• Execute RFQ / RFP / tender activities and supplier evaluations

• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions

• Drive cost-saving initiatives and procurement efficiency

• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers

• Ensure procurement compliance and KPI achievement

• Monitor supplier performance, project timelines, and procurement risks

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Sourcing / Procurement

• Strong experience in Capex and MRO procurement

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end procurement process

• Strong exposure to RFx / tender / bidding process

• Experience handling sourcing projects in:

Mining

Oil & Gas

Heavy Equipment

Industrial / Infrastructure projects

Engineering-related industries

• Experience with ERP / e-Sourcing platforms is highly preferred

• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills

• Familiar with Indonesia business environment
