Job Description :
- Monitoring the employee branding program process on social media
- Ensuring that every job vacancy information content is in accordance with specifications
- Monitoring related to job vacancy publications through online job vendors, social media, and/or referrals in accordance with specifications
- Having a national Talent Sourcepool/database for all positions that are currently open
- Collaborating with clients to identify future staff needs
- Ensuring the implementation of job fairs with parties/partners to fulfill target needs
- Evaluating related to sourcing performance reports periodically
- Guiding, directing and motivating subordinates, proposing and providing approval for subordinate development, both knowledge and skill development and career development
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or relevant field
- 3-4 Years Experience in Sourcing Talentpool
- Good knowledge of full cycle recruitment
- Competencies: Communication, Decision Making, Time Management, Analytical, Negotiation
- Has certifications: Awareness ISO 9001:2015, Leadership Training, Certified Behavioral Event Interviewer
