You will be responsible for building and managing local and international supplier networks, negotiating competitive pricing and commercial terms, and coordinating import and export activities where required. Working closely with the General Manager and operational teams, you will balance cost, quality, availability, logistics, and product standards to ensure Butter Protein Club has a reliable and commercially optimized supply chain.
What You Will Do

- Build and maintain a strong network of suppliers for meat, dairy, fresh produce, dry goods, specialty ingredients, packaging, and other business requirements.
- Actively search for alternative and more profitable sources to improve purchasing costs and reduce dependency on individual suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, lead times, delivery terms, exclusivity, and other commercial agreements with suppliers.
- Conduct regular market research, price benchmarking, and supplier comparisons to ensure the company receives the best possible commercial value.

- Work with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and cost-effective international shipments.
- Ensure imported products comply with applicable Indonesian regulations, documentation, food safety requirements, and company standards.
- Develop and maintain an approved supplier database, including pricing, specifications, lead times, payment terms, and supplier performance.
- Assess and negotiate with suppliers based on both immediate pricing and long-term commercial value.
- Verify product specifications, samples, quality, certifications, and documentation before establishing new supplier relationships.
- Ensure all sourced products comply with Butter Protein Club's 100% seed-oil-free and animal-based product philosophy where applicable.
- Work closely with the General Manager and operational teams to understand product requirements, forecasts, and future sourcing needs.
- Monitor supplier performance, including pricing, quality, delivery reliability, responsiveness, and consistency.
- Handle supplier disputes, quality issues, shortages, delays, rejected products, and commercial discrepancies.
- Develop backup suppliers and alternative sourcing strategies to minimize supply-chain risks.
- Identify opportunities for direct sourcing, bulk purchasing, contract pricing, or alternative supply channels to improve margins.
- Analyze procurement data and provide recommendations on sourcing decisions, supplier selection, and cost optimization.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier quotations, pricing, contracts, purchase terms, import documentation, and sourcing activities.
- Develop procurement and sourcing SOPs to improve transparency, efficiency, and commercial control.
- Prepare regular sourcing and procurement reports for the General Manager, including cost savings, supplier performance, market pricing, and sourcing opportunities.
- Continuously identify new products, suppliers, markets, and sourcing opportunities that can support business growth and profitability.
