Job Description:
• Support sourcing and purchasing activities, including Purchase Order (PO) creation, vendor registration, and new material registration
• Monitor sample shipments and coordinate with local and overseas vendors
• Input and maintain material, vendor, pricing, and procurement-related data in SAP and internal systems
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, credit notes, and other sourcing-related documents
• Follow up on payments and coordinate with the Finance team regarding procurement transactions
• Coordinate with R&D teams regarding sample submission and material qualification processes
• Support alternative material and vendor sourcing initiatives
• Ensure all supporting documents, including Halal Certificates, COA, MSDS, and related documentation, are updated and properly maintained
Requirements:
• Minimum D3/Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Sourcing
• Familiarity with purchasing and procurement processes is an advantage
• Familiar with SAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Business-level English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Willing to work Full WFO in Halim, East Jakarta
